REFUND POLICY

Welcome to the refund policy of www.realestatemarketingpro.com (“Site” or “Website”).

REFUNDS

Registration Fee

• The registration fee of $99 shall be non-refundable.

Monthly Plan

• Once you purchase a monthly subscription plan, you hereby grant Real Estate Marketing Pro permission to automatically charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each applicable payment period.
• Your access to the Subscription Services will not be established until Real Estate Marketing Pro has verified that the credit card or other payment information you provide Real Estate Marketing Pro for payment is accurate and that your payment method account is in good standing. You further agree that Real Estate Marketing Pro may charge any other applicable fees for the Service, including any early termination fee, to your payment method.
• You are required to keep your billing information current, complete and accurate (for example, if you move, be sure to update your billing address, if you get a new credit/debit card, make sure you update the card number and/or expiration date) and notify Real Estate Marketing Pro if your selected payment method is cancelled (e.g., for loss or theft).
• All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period unless cancelled.
• In the event the customer is not satisfied and initiates a refund request by contacting us, we may offer a refund of the current month of his/her purchase and previous month at our discretion if we deem fit.

Lifetime “Forever” Plan

• Our lifetime plan requires a single upfront payment. Refunds in the lifetime plan are
  based on a prorated schedule of $14 per month. We will calculate the lump sum lifetime payment minus $99 for the registration fee and provide a refund accordingly. 

Cancellation

• Any refund request will cancel the account of the Customer and all services provided shall cease for the customer. In any cancellation event, the customer will not get the refund for the registration fee in ANY EVENT but only for the current month’s payment or previous month payment at our sole discretion. 

FRAUDULENT OR SUSPICIOUS REFUND/CANCELLATIONS

If we suspect a user to make a fraudulent/suspicious refund or cancellation of our service, we reserve the right to refuse such a refund request.
