Real Estate Marketing Pro is an advertising and marketing service for real estate brokers and agents located within the fifty (50) states of the United States of America. Real Estate Marketing Pro is not involved in any real estate rent or sales activities. Real Estate Marketing Pro is not a licensed real estate brokerage company. Real Estate Marketing Pro does not receive any real estate commissions before, during or after any resulting transactions. Real Estate Marketing Pro is paid marketing and advertising fees by its advertised real estate agents and other advertising customers

These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Real Estate Marketing Proconcerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written concerning the Site. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
